Terms of Service

1. Orders & Customization

  • Design proofs will be sent for approval (max. 3 revisions)

  • Production begins only after final confirmation

2. No Returns/Refunds

  • Strict no-return policy for custom orders (EU cooling-off period exempt)

  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence

3. Shipping & Risks

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Customer responsible for import duties/VAT

  • Shipping damage 

    If package arrives damaged:

    1. Do not open the damaged packaging

    2. Take photos showing:
      › External damage to shipping box
      › Unopened package with visible carrier labels

    3. Contact the carrier to file a claim. We will provide all necessary order documentation to assist claims

4. Intellectual Property

  • Submitted designs must be owned by customer

  • We retain rights to display completed work in our portfolio

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability = order amount paid

  • Not responsible for:
    › Color variations due to screen/monitor differences
    › Natural material variations (wool/thread textures)

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Mediation preferred before legal action

  • Governing law: [Your Country]

7. Changes to Terms

  • May update terms without prior notice

  • Current version always on website
